Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa State has congratulated Muslims on witnessing Eid-el-Fitr and urged them to embrace the teachings of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W in their daily lives.
He stated this in his sallah message to the people of the state.
Malam Umar Namadi prayed for the Almighty Allah to accept the fasting and prayers of Muslims ummah during the Ramadan.
He also prayed for the Almighty Allah to continue to guide leaders to do the right thing for the wellbeing of the people.
Namadi prayed for peace,unity and economic growth of the country.
Radio Nigeria reports that, the Governor also received prominent personalities who paid sallah greetings at the Government House Dutse.
