The Zamfara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress-APC has extend heartfelt condolences to the government and people of the state especially the people of Tungar Kara under Kakindawa village of Gidan Goga District area of Maradun local government area over the unfortunate accidental airstrike on Saturday that led to the death of innocent people including some personnel of the state’s Community Protection Guard and Vigilantes.
The Publicity Secretary of the APC in Zamfara State, Yusuf Idris Gusau who stated this in a statement explains that, as the party mourn the gallant sacrifice of it citizens who paid the supreme price while chasing bandits, pray Allah to accept their martyrdom and accommodate them in Jannaatu Firdausi.
The APC also commends the ongoing onslaught against the bandits in Zamfara state that saw the elimination of many criminals in the state.
It says, the operations just recently carried out by the troops of operation Fasan Yamma led to the killing of over 25 terrorists at their hideouts under the control of notorious bandits kingpin, Bello Turji in Fakai where all the enclaves were dismantled and the bandit kingpin is now believed to be on the run and hiding.
According to the APC, this change of operation is quite impressive as the troops of Fasan Yamma are taking the fights now to the bandits’ hideouts making them abandon such hideouts.
The statement stresses that, the operational strategy should be sustained and supported by all peace loving citizens across the country to ginger the frontline personnel, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership and the Minister of State for Defence, Dr. Bello Mohammed Matawalle under whose supervision the onslaught is being coordinated and carried out.
The party also commends the show of concern President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is showing to end banditry in the state and the northwest region through the Minister by ensuring that no stone is left unturned in the fight.
