Zamfara State House of Assembly has expressed worry over the incessant attacks and kidnapping in some communities across the state.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Press Secretary Zamfara State Assembly Bello Madaro Kurya, and made available to newsmen in Gusau

According to the statement, the
Speaker Bilyaminu Moriki said the legislative was completely shocked with the security situation of the state..

He explained that, the entire people of the state have roles to play in addressing the security challenges by supporting the security agencies and government to overcome the issues.

Speaker Bilyaminu Ismail Moriki however commended the adminstration of Dauda Lawal for taking measures and consultations towards addressing the situation, and called for constant prayers in solving the problems once and for all.

The Lawmaker also sympathized with people of the state over the recent attack, kidnappings and killing of innocent people in some parts of the state and prayed Allah to avert future occurrence of the ugly incidents.

He also stressed the need for all security agencies to remain resolute in carrying out their statutory duty.
