Gubernatorial Candidate of African Democratic Congress ADC in Kaduna State Senator Caleb Zagi has described the process of election in the state as transparent, free and credible.
He also congratulated the Governor-Elect, Senator Uba Sani and his running mate and the serving Deputy Governor of the state, Dr Hadiza Balarabe over their victory at the polls.
In a statement signed by the ADC Gubernatorial candidate, Senator Caleb Zagi says the emergence of the two leaders with remarkable track records would indeed usher in more golden windows of opportunities towards the socio-economics and political prosperity in the state.
He enjoined other candidates of the various political parties that contested the March 18th gubernatorial election in the state to demonstrate the spirit of sportsmanship by accepting the outcome of the election and join hands with the winners for peace, unity and societal development.
The ADC Gubernatorial candidate further appealed people of Kaduna to embrace peace and eschew politics of bitterness, adding that Senator Uba Sani possess the capacity and passion for a better Kaduna state.
According to the him, Governor-elect Senator Uba Sani is a tested and trusted leader with the ability to connect Kaduna state with the outside world for rapid development.
Senator Caleb Zagi who contested the election thanked the people of the state for confidence reposed in him and his party before, during and after the election.
He also lauding the independent national Electoral Commission (INEC), Security agencies, Traditional and Religious leaders as well as the general public for the maturity exhibited during the electioneering period.
The ADC Gubernatorial candidate who is an indigene of Kagarko local government area in the southern part of Kaduna state reiterated the need for prayers,support and loyalty for the new APC administration to succeed in Kaduna state and the country in general.
