Ahead of Saturdays Governorship and House of Assembly elections executives of both the Labour Party LP and that of New Nigeria People’s Party NNPP in Niger state have endorsed the All Progressives Congress APC Gubernatorial candidate Alhaji Umar Mohammed Bago for the election.
They said they endorsed the APC flag bearer Umar Bago because he has the capacity to transform Niger state to greater heights if given the opportunity.
State Chairman of Labour Party Muhammad Kwabo Garba and Secretary of New Nigeria People’s Party NNPP Musa Abubakar made the endorsement at a separate meeting with APC Gubernatorial candidate at the NUJ IBB Pen House in Minna.
They said they were satisfied and convinced with the manifesto of Umar Bago of women and youth development urban renewal security and that of the rejuvinaation of education and health sector.
Also speaking the Labour Party Woman Leader Mrs Tsoyo Doose said that women in the party are solidly behind his candidature and will mobilised other women to ensure his success in this Saturday’s Governorship elections.
In his response the APC Gubernatorial candidate Alh Umar Bago said he is super delighted for having people from the Obidients and other political parties endorsing him for the great task ahead.
He however assured them that his party will carry members of other political parties along to ensure an all inclusive government in Niger state.
