Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle of Zamfara has directed the state’s Presidential Campaign Council to mobilize all available resources to convey to the wider public in the state’s mission and vision of the Tinubu presidential candidature.
The governor made the call while inaugurating the Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council as well as the Matawalle Governorshp Campaign Council at Government House, Gusau.
He express confidence on the composition of the members of the two councils, and urged the Presidential Campaign Council to let all people of Zamfara State know that an illustrious personality and doyen of contemporary Nigerian politics as Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has a great mission of taking Nigeria to higher level.
Matawalle also called drew the attention to the fact that supporting the APC’s presidential and other candidates will translate into greater prosperity for the people the development of the state and the country in general.
The governor who is also the North West Zonal Coordinator of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council noted that Zamfara has never been so politically united in a shared desire and commitment for the sustenance of policies and programmes that will promote peace and security .
Responding on behalf of the campaign councils, Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa said having achieved full unity in the party where all stakeholders agreed to remain as one unbreakable, invisible family, success is apparent to the party at all levels.
Senator Marafa confirmed that his team is fully ready to carry out the assigned responsibility and will not rest on their oars until victory for the APC Presidential candidate, is achieved after the 2023 presidential election.
