Kaduna Pilgrims Welfare Agency Summons Stakeholders Of 2022 Hajj

Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency KSPWA has summoned stakeholders of the 2022 Hajj operations to discuss challenges encountered toward addressing them.

Speaking during the meeting in Kaduna, the Executive Secretary of the agency Mallam Yusuf Yakubu Arrigasiyu says this will enable the agency to improve its services against next year’s Hajj exercise.

In their separate remarks, security Agencies involved in the exercise have emphasised synergy and improvement of welfare packages, especially during the exercise to overcome challenges.

Representing Scholars who enlightened Pilgrims before the Hajj operations, Mallam Shehu Umar Zaria advised the Agency to establish a unified voice from Scholars about Hajj to ensure uniform practice among pilgrims during the exercise.

Officials, Ulamas, security officials and other individuals have received Awards.

Also speaking, Chief Imam of Jama’a Kingdom in Kafanchan Muhammad Kabir Kasim commended KSPWA and advised them to enlighten pilgrims to be more disciplined in attitude and also organise additional welfare for pilgrims after the Hajj exercise before departure from the holy land, especially when delayed.

Earlier in her address, the Acting Governor of Kaduna State represented by Commissioner, Budget and Planning, Hajia Umma Yusuf Aboki said the state government would ensure all the challenges faced during the exercise were addressed for a Hitch-free exercise next year.

Radio Nigeria reports that in view of the Review exercise, the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency organized a Dinner and Awards Night.

The Awards Night was meant to recognize stakeholders of Hajj in view of there contributions towards the success of Hajj 2022.
