Customers of one of the new generation bank in Gusau, Zamfara State were seen stranded at the premises on Monday Morning (today) chanting words of worries as they were denied entrance into the bank.

Our Reporter reports that, a Staff of the Bank alongside security guards pleading with the Customers, explaining to them to understand the situation and giving hope that the problem will be resolved soon.

“we are having network issue and our Technicians are on there way coming to repair the problem please excercise patience” a Staff of the Bank said while addressing the customers.

However, a Customer, Musa Alhassan who was seen groaning lamented that, since last week Friday the bank is inactive and no any explanation from either of the Bankers, saying he is deciding to disassociate himself with the bank as a result of the disappointment.

As at the time of filing this report the Bank is locked to Customers no entry.
