Sultan of Sokoto Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar has directed the Muslim ummah in the country to start looking for the cresent month of Dhul Qa’dah 1443 After Hijira tomorrow Monday the thirtieth of May 2022.
This was made known in a statement by Chairman Advisory Committee on Religious Affairs Sultanate Council Sokoto state, Prof.Sambo Wali Junaidu.
He said if sighted the information should be forwarded to the nearest district or village head for onward communication to the Sultan.
