Meanwhile, the Speaker of Taraba State House of Assembly, Prof. Joseph Albasu Kunini (MP), during a plenary session condemned in strong terms the bomb blast and described the act by the faceless people as inhuman, because the State has enjoyed relative peace.

He decried that the disdainful and dastardly act by the miscreants came at a time when the State Government has been doing everything humanly possible for peace to reign in the State and to ensure the security of the lives and property of the people.
