Governor Badaru Abubakar of jigawa says the state has spent over 728 million naira on construction of Sule Tankarkar township road by the present administration.

He stated this during the formal commissioning of the project by Minister of Water Resources Engineer Suleiman Adamu in the Suletankarkar local government area.

Alhaji Badaru Abubakar said the five point one kilometer road was awarded by the previous administration at the cost of more than 900 million naira.

According to him, the contract is rewarded and completed by the present administration.

Earlier, the state commissioner of works and Transport Alhaji Aminu Usman Gumel said the road was among projects inherited and completed by the administration in the past six years.
