Emir of Hadejia, Alhaji Adamu Abubakar Maje

Emir of Hadejia, Alhaji Adamu Abubakar Maje has received the first jab of AstraZeneca covid-19 vaccination at Hadejia General Hospital.

Radio Nigeria reports that the Emir was received and attended by the representative of executive secretary, State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Alhaji Yusuf Hakimi and Medical Director Hadejia General Hospital, Dr Abdullahi Umar Namadi.

Before taking the vaccine, the Emir was registered and biometrically captured as stipulated in the exercise.

Alhaji Adamu Abubakar Maje who was accompanied by his council members, and the Chairman State Universal Basic Education Board, Alhaji Muhammad Ayuba prayed Allah to bring an end to the pandemic and make peace prevail in the state and the country in general.

In a remark, the representative of Executive secretary Alhaji Yusuf Hakimi assured safety and effectiveness of the covid-19 vaccine.

Other members of the Emirate council vaccinated alongside the Emir include Galadiman Hadejia, Alhaji Usman Abdulaziz, Wazirin Hadejia, Alhaji Hashimu Amar, Iyan Hadejia, Alhaji Abdulakdir Maje as well as Sarkin fulanin Hadejia Alhaji Abubakar Usman and Emirate Council Secretary Alhaji Baffale Abbas.
