The Kaduna State Governorship Candidate of the People’s Redemption Party, (PRP), Hayatudeen Lawal Makarfi has refuted allegations that he stepped down his Political ambition in Favour of any other Political Party in the State.
The PRP Guber Candidate made this known on Wednesday in an interactive session with Newsmen in Kaduna.
He said that the Contest of his Governorship election in Kaduna is Sacrosanct saying he is optimistic that the PRP would emerge Victorious at end of the Process .
The Governorship hopeful Maintained that it will amount to disappointing late Balarabe Musa, Aminu Kano and other Founding Fathers of PRP should he Step down for any party in the Governorship race.
“Some Political Parties made some remarks that we should Step down for them,We did not Step down for any Political Party, We want to lead and emancipate the People as Balarabe Musa did in the 70s and 80s,he said.
“We are confident that people across the 23 Local government areas of Kaduna State will support us,So we are confident that PRP can form the next government”,he added.
Dr.Hayatuddeen Lawal Makarfi urge the Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC) to give the People of Kaduna State Free, Fair and Credible Election,on Saturday March 18.
