Kaduna State Traffic Law Enforcement Authority – KASTLEA has called on all motorists, commercial drivers, transport operators, and road users to exercise patience, avoid reckless driving, over-speeding, dangerous overtaking, drunk driving, overloading, and all forms of traffic violations to ensure a hitch free Sallah celebrations
Corps Marshal/Chief Executive Officer of KASTLEA, Carla Abdulmalik,made the call in a Sallah message in Kaduna.

She urge residents to ensure vehicles are roadworthy, obey traffic signs, and prioritize safety at all times, as no celebration is worth the loss of a life.
Carla Abdul Malik noted that In line with KASTLEA’s commitment to safeguarding lives and ensuring smooth traffic flow during the festive period, the Authority has put in place strategic measures to ensure a hitch-free celebration.
”We have scaled up operations to include intensified traffic control and surveillance across major roads, deployment of KASTLEA marshals to critical traffic flashpoints, enhanced patrol operations, collaboration with sister security and emergency response agencies, prompt response to road incidents, and public sensitization on traffic safety compliance”She said.
Carla Abdul Malik stressed that Eid-Adha is a season of sacrifice, love, obedience, peace, and unity,while praying that Almighty Allah (SWT) grants us peace, prosperity, protection, and continued harmony in Kaduna State and across the entire nation.
The Corp Marshal extended warm felicitations and heartfelt goodwill to Executive Governor of Kaduna State, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Uba Sani CON, the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Her Excellency, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, members of the Kaduna State Executive Council, Religious and, traditional leaders, as well as Partners, transport unions, security agencies, road users, motorists, Muslim faithful, and all residents of Kaduna State.
