Emir of Daura Umar Faruk Umar has congratulated Sanusi Tasi’u Saulawa on his appointment as Acting Provost Marshal of the Nigeria Customs Service.
In a congratulatory letter, the Emir described the appointment as well deserved, attributing it to Saulawa’s dedication, commitment and service to the nation.
The royal father expressed confidence that the new Acting Provost Marshal would successfully discharge his responsibilities and provide the necessary support to the Comptroller-General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi.
Alhaji Umar Faruk Umar also prayed for Allah’s guidance, wisdom, strength and good health for Saulawa to effectively carry out his duties in the service of Nigeria.
On behalf of the Daura Emirate, his family and the people of the emirate, the monarch wished the Customs officer success in his new assignment and reaffirmed support for his service to the country.
