Kano Road and Traffic Agency (KAROTA) has planned to enhance service efficiency by introducing new uniforms for its personnel.

The newly appointed Managing Director Engr Faisal Mahmud Kabir, revealed this information during a meeting with a delegation of KAROTA Marshals at his office in Kano, as conveyed in a statement by the agency’s Public Relations Officer, Nabilusi Abubakar Ahmad.

Engr Faisal Mahmud Kabir described an unfortunate situation where the majority of the operational vehicles inherited were in bad shape, which affects the daily- operations of KAROTA, therefore acknowledging that Governor Abba Kabir has approved the overhaul of the agency.

He informed the team that, the agency would do anything possible within their power to make traffic control easier and sanitize roads across the state.

Earlier in a remark, the Chairman of the delegation, KAROTA Marshals Comrade Isma’il Ammai Mezare reiterated their renewed commitment in assisting road traffic work.

He emphasized their commitment to collaborating closely with regular personnel and KAROTA management to ensure efficient service provision to the people of the State.

He stressed that they would cooperate with regular and the management of KAROTA, in ensuring effective service delivery to the people of the state.
