The late Emir

The Death has occured of the Emir of Dutse in Jigawa state, Dr Nuhu Muhammadu Sanusi.

This was confirmed to Radio Nigeria by the Sarkin Fada of Dutse Emirate, Alhaji Wada Alhaji via a telephone call.

The late Emir died at the age of 77 after a protracted illness in Abuja.

Similarly, Jigawa State Governor Alhaji Badaru Abubakar has expressed his condolences on the passing of Dr Nuhu Muhammadu Sunusi the Emir of Dutse.

In a statement made available to newsmen in Dutse by the state commissioner special duties Auwalu Sankara said, the governor described the late Emir as a true leader and respected figure in the community, known for his wisdom, compassion, and dedication to the well-being of his people.

He said, Governor Badaru also recognized the Emir’s contributions to the growth and development of Dutse and the positive impact he had on the community.

“The governor offered his thoughts and prayers to the Emir’s family and loved ones during this difficult time and said that the late Emir’s legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched”

“May the soul of the late Emir rest in peace and may the memories of his life bring comfort and solace to those he leaves behind,”
