Burial of kaduna seminarian

 Bishop, Catholic Arch Diocese of Kaduna, Matthew Ma oso Ndagoso wants the Federal Government to declare a state of emergency in the security sector.

 Matthew Ma oso Ndagoso stated this at the burial of Michael Ikechukwu Nnadi of the Diocese of Sokoto and one of the Seminarian killed by his captors in Kaduna.

 The Bishop was of the view that Government should put in more effort and must not spare resources in protecting the citizens.

He saluted the courage of security agencies in securing the Nation, but however charged them to step up their game especially as it relates to intelligence gathering and sharing same with sister agencies.

Bishop of Sokoto Diocese and Principal Mourner, Matthew Hassan Kukah confirmed that Michael was in his first year formation as a priest before his aspiration was cut short.

The Bishop of Sokoto Diocese said the National and International reactions to the death of Michael Nnadi were unprecedented, as it had elicited high level emotions around the World.

The burial of late Michael had in attendance seven Bishops, over three hundred priest and adherents from Abuja, Niger, Sokoto, Kebbi, Kano, Zaria and Kafachan.
