The legend of highlife music, Dr. Victor Abimbola Olaiya is dead.
Olaiya, born 31 December 1930 was an extremely famous trumpeter in the 1950s and early 1960s.
One of his nieces was actress, Moji Olaiya of Super Story, who died on May 17, 2017, from cardiac arrest in Canada,
He died at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, Idi-Araba at noon on Wednesday.
