People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in the 2023 general election in Kwara state ,Alhaji Abdullahi Yamah says he will harness the agricultural potentials in the state for the benefit of the people.
Alhaji Abdullahi stated this while fielding questions from Journalists during his visit to the Correspondents Chapel of NUJ in Ilorin Kwara state.
He said agriculture will be modified using high mechanised farming equipments to provide employment for the teaming youths.
Alhaji Yamah explained that every part of the state will be carried along in the developmental initiative based on the availability of resource with comparative advantage in the area.
He said the resources realised from the business can be used to run the educational sector and other social services for the benefit of the common man.
Alhaji Yamah noted that the state has the potential to exist without necessarily depending on the allocation from the federal government.
He called on politicians to play politics without bitterness ,adding that the interest of the people should be considered first.
