The national grid has collapsed again

This occurred at about 10:51 on Monday, September 26th, 2022.

A statement confirmed by Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC) to its customers, said works were ongoing by TCN engineers to fix the grid and bring it back up.

It is the latest in the series of collapses that the National Electricity Grid has experienced since the beginning of the year.

EEDC added that they are awaiting further information on the collapse and restoration of supply from the National Control Centre (NCC), Osogbo.
