National Directorate of Employment, NDE has trained 130 Females in Zamfara on skills acquisition.

State Coordinator of NDE Gusau office, Malam Mustapha Aliyu Goniri who stated this during the flag off ceremony of the training said, the females would be trained in three categories.

Goniri explained that, 30 women were to be trained on Event Decoration, Gele, and Make; 50 women on Organic Product, Stone Bead work and Perfumery and the other 50 will be trained on Tie and Dye.

The NDE Boss who encouraged the participants to be punctual and have the zeal to learn revealed that, after the 3 in 1 program, they will be given a soft loan of N25,000 each to start the acquired skills as well as N2,000 as stipends for their transportation during the 5 Days training.

He urged them to utilize the opportunity to get the best out of the training, noting that, part of the aims of the training was to ensure the trainees recognizes great potential in them through counseling as well as exposing them to available sources of funding facilities.
