Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa State says the integration of the presidential and governorship campaign structures is aimed at strengthening coordination and providing the APC with a united platform for its 2027 election campaign.

He stated this after the inauguration of the Jigawa 2027 Campaign Council at the Government House, Dutse, to rally support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his administration.

The governor expressed satisfaction with the turnout at the event, describing it as a demonstration of the APC’s strength and continued presence across Jigawa State.

Malam Umar Namadi said the gathering had further strengthened his confidence in the party’s readiness to secure victory at all levels in the forthcoming elections.

He called on party leaders and supporters to work together towards the re-election of President Tinubu, his return as governor, and the election of APC candidates to the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Jigawa State House of Assembly.

“By the grace of Allah, we are confident that we will deliver victory for Mr President, the Governor, our Senators, members of the House of Representatives and members of the State House of Assembly,” the Governor said.

Namadi also expressed confidence that Jigawa State would meet the expectation of delivering two million votes for President Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.

“Judging by what we have witnessed today, we are confident that we will deliver those votes for Mr President, Insha Allah.

The inauguration brings together key party leaders and political stakeholders under a unified campaign structure to coordinate mobilization and support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Namadi ahead of the 2027 general elections.
