In a statement signed by the acting Chairman of forum Dr.Ibrahim Yakubu and the acting Secretary, Mallam Sani Lawal Anchau the forum said it was established to bring together distinguished sons and daughters of Kubau Local Government in order to harness their collective strength for the advancement of the people and the growth of communities across the area.

The forum noted that Kubau Local Government is richly endowed with human and natural resources and is made up of vibrant communities including Anchau, Kargi, Haskiya, Mah, Karreh, Dutsen Wai, Kubau, Pambegua, Zuntu, Zabi, and Damau.

It added that the communities share a long history of peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and a common aspiration for progress.

According to the statement, the KCF brings together people from different walks of life, including public servants, professionals, entrepreneurs, traditional leaders, youth groups, and women groups who are committed to fostering unity, promoting dialogue, and contributing meaningfully to the socio-economic and political development of Kubau Local Government.

The forum listed its objectives to include promoting unity and peaceful coexistence among all communities in Kubau, serving as a platform for consultation on issues affecting the local government, encouraging responsible and issue-based political participation, supporting initiatives that drive development, education, and economic growth, as well as providing guidance and mentorship for youths and future leaders.

It added that the forum is guided by the principles of inclusiveness, respect, integrity, and collective responsibility, stressing that it was not created to promote division but to strengthen the bonds among the people of Kubau regardless of political, religious, or social differences.

The KCF also called on stakeholders to embrace dialogue over discord, collaboration over conflict, and development over division, especially at a critical time in the nation’s democratic journey.

The leadership expressed confidence that through unity of purpose and sincere leadership, the Kubau Local Government can achieve greater heights and become a model of grassroots development and harmony.
