The Niger State House of Assembly-NGSHA has adjourned its plenary sitting to Tuesday, next week, in honour of the late Speaker of the Kebbi State House of Assembly, Muhammad Usman Zuru.

The adjournment was announced by the Speaker of Niger State House of Assembly, Barrister Abdulmalik Sarkin Daji in Minna, as a mark of respect and solidarity with the Government and people of Kebbi State over the painful loss of their esteemed legislative leader.

Barrister Sarkin daji expressed members’ deep condolences to the family of the late Speaker, the Kebbi State House of Assembly, and the entire people of Kebbi State, while praying for the peaceful repose of his soul.

The House he said will resume plenary on Tuesday, next week, to continue its legislative duties.

Meanwhile the funeral prayer for the late Speaker comes up today in Kebbi State.
