Newgate University Minna, has received approval from the National Universities Commission , NUC to commence several postgraduates programmes following successful completion of resource verification exercise conducted by the Commission.

 

The approval marks a milestone in the academic growth and institutional development of Newgate University, which reflects the  confidence of NUC in the quality of its academic staff, curricula and readiness tọ deliver postgraduates education in line with national standards.

 

Vice Chancellor of the university,  Professor Sadiq Yusuf who stated this while addressing Newsmen in Minna, said all is now set for the commencement of the postgraduates programmes in May.

 

Prof. Sadiq Yusuf explained that Masters of Science (MSc) degrees arẹ available in accounting, business administration, international relations, public health, computer science with specialisation in cybersecurity, software engineering and information technology systems.

 

He applauded the continued support of Niger State Government,  National Universities Commission and staff of the university towards achieving its set target.
