The Nigerian Airforce has pledged to continue working closely with sister security agencies to sustain peace and stability, not only in Kaduna State, but Nigeria in general.
Air Officer Commanding Air Training Command, Air Vice Marshal Esen Efanga gave the assurance during the 2025 annual base Base Socio-Cultural Activities-BASA, held at the NAF base in Kaduna.
Air Vice Marshal Esen Efanga explained that the present NAF leadership is deeply committed to the welfare of both serving and retired personnel for effective service delivery.
He expressed appreciation to personnel for their dedication and sacrifices in the line of duty.
The AOC also expressed gratitude to the Government and good people of Kaduna State for their continued support and co-operation.
In his message to the event, Governor Uba Sani noted that the Nigerian Airforce has remained a strong symbol of unity in diversity, while acknowledging its contributions to the security situation in Kaduna State.
Represented by the Commissioner for Internal security and home affairs, Dr Sule Shu’aibu, the Governor expressed satisfaction with the commitment, sacrifices and professionalism of the Airforce in supporting the State’s efforts to protect lives and property.
Governor Uba Sani however assured that his administration would continue to strengthen collaboration with the Nigerian Airforce and other security agencies to enhance the security situation across the State.
Highpoint of the event were sporting activities, cultural displays by various groups among others.
The Base Socio-Cultural Activities is an annual Nigerian Airforce event marking the end of operational and training year.
It is designed to promote unity, boost morale and further cement cultural integration among personnel.
