The Assistant Inspector General of Police, in charge of Zone 8, Lokoja, Abubakar Zubairu has urged officers in Kwara state to redoubled their efforts in strengthening operational synergy and foster closer collaboration between the Police and the public.

In a statement the Police Public Relations officer SP Adetoun Ejinre-Adeyemi says ,AIG Zubair made the call when he paid a working visit to the Kwara State Police Command in Ilorin.

The statement commended Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, for his unwavering support to the Nigeria Police Force and his administration’s investment in security infrastructure.

It appealed for sustained partnership, particularly in logistics support and community engagement, to further strengthen the command’s operational efficiency.

Officers and Men of the Command were commended for their discipline, professionalism, and dedication to duty.
