The Niger State Contributory Health Agency NiCare has presented motorcycles to some selected staff of the Agency as part of effort at boosting and enhancing the morale of its workers for effective service delivery.
Presenting the motorcycles to beneficiaries in Minna, Executive Secretary NiCare, Sulayman Abubakar said the gesture is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, improving logistics, and strengthening the overall service delivery of the Agency.
Represented by the Director Administration,Hajiya Ramatu Isma’il, the Executive Secretary explained that the provision of motorcycles to beneficiaries will not only ease the officers’ mobility in carrying out their duties but also ensure timely communication, swift dispatch of official correspondences, and effective stock monitoring.
Sulayman Abubakar maintained that the move reflects the commitment of the NiCare leadership in creating a more robust and functional working environment.
He stressed that with the gesture staff are expected to deliver on their responsibilities with relative ease on line with the New Niger Agenda of Governor Mohammed Umar Bago’s administration.
Some of the beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the management for the support,while assuring that the motorcycles will be put to effective use in advancing the goals of the Agency.
Beneficiaries of the motorcycles includes the Chief Store Officer and Dispatch Officers among others.
