The Jigawa FADAMA CARES team has congratulated Dr. Saifullahi Umar on his appointment as the pioneer Director General of the Jigawa State Agricultural Transformation Agency, JATA.
Dr. Saifullahi Umar’s appointment was recently approved by Governor Malam Umar A. Namadi, FNIA.
In a statement signed by the Communication Officer of FADAMA CARES, Ibrahim Ibrahim, the team described the appointment as a testament to Dr. Umar’s dedication, expertise, and outstanding contributions as Technical Advisor on Agriculture to the Governor.
The statement further expressed confidence that under his leadership, JATA will drive meaningful reforms, foster innovation, and transform Jigawa’s agricultural sector in line with Governor Namadi’s 12-point agenda.
The Jigawa FADAMA CARES team also prayed for Allah’s guidance, wisdom, and success for Dr. Saifullahi Umar as he takes on his new responsibility.
