Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service-KADIRS says it remains steadfast in its mission to ensure sustainable revenue generation for the benefit of citizens.
Chairman of the Agency, Mr Jerry Adams stated this while briefing newsmen in Kaduna.

Mr Jerry Adams explained that the State Government was taking deliberate steps to centralize all IGR-related data into a single database, which would enhance overall efficiency in tax administration.
He pointed out that in January and February this year alone, the State had collected over fourteen billion naira, which is a demonstration of the State Government’s unwavering commitment to revenue mobilization and sustainable governance.
The Chairman announced the introduction of the new PAYKADUNA platform- a technological innovation which guarantees transparency, eliminates unnecessary third-party costs and enhances the security of revenue collection systems.
Mr Jerry Adams also debunked allegations by former Governor Nasir El Rufa’i of shortfall in the State revenue generation drive, as well as regular transfers of One hundred million naira to an unknown individual from the State’s IGR account, stressing that revenue collection process is entirely automated.
Mr.Adams assured the public that KADIRS remains committed to its mandate of mobilizing resources for sustainable development and improved service delivery in Kaduna State.
