The Sole Administrator of Rivers State, retired Vice Admiral Ibokette Ibas, has arrived at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, for a meeting with President Bola Tinubu.
Details of the agenda have not been disclosed, but it is believed that the Sole Administrator came to receive operational directives.
President Tinubu yesterday imposed State of Emergency on Rivers State, citing insecurity as the basis of his action.
