The Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board has been recognized as the leading state in Hajj seat sales nationwide.

This announcement was made by the Director General of the Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, during a meeting with Local Government Hajj Center Officers, coordinators, and management staff.

Represented by the Director of Administration and General Services, Alhaji Yusif A. Muktar, the Director General commended the Kano State Government, under the leadership of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, for its unwavering support in enhancing the welfare of pilgrims.

The Board has assured that all necessary preparations, including adequate accommodation, meals, transportation, and healthcare services, will be made to ensure the comfort and well-being of Kano State pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.

In his remarks, the Director of Hajj Operations, Alhaji Muhammed Ghali Muhammed, advised Local Government Hajj Center Officers to remain prepared as the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) is expected to announce the Hajj fare soon.

Additionally, the Board will flag off the Hajj Induction Course next week in the Rano Emirate, which was selected in recognition of its outstanding efforts in mobilizing a large number of pilgrims in the state.

This recognition is a testament to the Board’s commitment to providing excellent services to pilgrims from Kano State.
