The Second batch of three Hundred and fourteen (314) intending Pilgrims and one Officials from Kwara state have been airlifted to Saudi Arabia for this year’s Hajj exercise.
The intending Pilgrims were airlifted on board Air peace Air craft via Ilorin International Airport at exactly 1:10pm to Meddina .
The total number of the intending pilgrims is made up of one hundred and forty six female,and one hundred and sixty eight male.
In his remarks , the chairman Kwara state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board , Professor Mashood Jimba advised the intending Pilgrims to be of good behavior and obey Saudi Arabia laws.
He warned them against carying prohibited items to the holy Land.
In his comment the Executive Secretary Kwara state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board,Alhaji Abdulkadir Abdulsalam advised the intending pilgrims to avoid wasting their money in buying items they may not need.
