Tinubu Will Address Nigeria’s Challenges- Ganduje

Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje says the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President-elect, will be beneficial for the country.

Ganduje said the President-elect would evolve strategies to solve the problems plaguing the nation.

He made this known after the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC declared Tinubu as the winner of the just concluded presidential election.

In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Malam Abba Anwar, the Governor applauded the commitment of Asiwaju Tinubu which according to him, paved the way for his emergence.

    “Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s genuine investment in human, national development, and national integration played some critical roles in endearing him to all sections of the country.

    Tinubu’s decades-long fight for the restoration of democracy in the country is well understood by Nigerians. Hence, we see the wisdom and valid reason for entrusting our future to him.”

The Governor also added that Africa would benefit from the leadership skills of Bola Tinubu.

In a related development, supporters of the All Progressives Congress in Bayelsa State have welcomed the declaration of Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu as President-Elect by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Chairman of the APC in the State, Chief Dennis Otiotio told Radio Nigeria in Yenagoa that the victory marks a watershed in the history of the country, describing the election as credible.

He urged opposition parties not satisfied with the process to ventilate their grievances at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.

Coordinator of the Asiwaju Bola Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council, Mr. Preye Aganaba said with the pedigree of Asiwaju Tinubu, he would effectively tackle the challenges of the economy and insecurity upon the assumption of office.

Meanwhile, residents of Yenagoa woke up this morning to news of the declaration of Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu as President-Elect with mixed feelings.

He said it was time for the nation to move forward after the election, and called for a better election management system in the country.
