The Federal House of Representatives member-Elect for the Kachia/Kagarko Federal constituency, Mr. David Gurara has lauded the spirit of sacrifices, patience and commitment demonstrated by people of the area during the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly election which saw his emergence and other PDP candidates in southern Kaduna and Kaduna state at large.
In a statement made available to newsmen in Kaduna, David Gurara dedicates his victory to the people of Kachia and Kagarko local government areas, irrespective of ethnic and religious affiliation.
According to the statement, the time for the desired change and positive action has come for the liberation of the oppressed people of the area and the state in general.
The member-elect expresses satisfaction over the level of support and confidence reposed in him and the peoples Democratic party (PDP) in Kaduna and the country in general.
Mr. David Gurara, however urged the people of Kachia and Kagarko to bury their differences and vote for the PDP during the forth coming gubernatorial and state assembly election in the best interest of peace, unity and socio-economic and political prosperity.
He thanked the various ethnic, religious and interest groups across the two local government areas that worked relentlessly towards providing an enabling environment for the election to hold peacefully.
The Kachia/Kagarko Federal House of Representatives member-elect further prayed for a hitch free and peaceful conduct of the gubernatorial and state Assembly elections, adding that the PDP is poised to effect a positive and desired change on the lives of the average citizens across Kaduna state and Nigeria.
