Twenty seven thousand (27,000) commercial motorcyclists have expressed their support for the second term re-election of Kwara State governor, AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq.

The president of Okada Riders Association of Nigeria(ORAN), Kwara State’s chapter, Mr Ajewole Gabriel, stated this at a news conference in Ilorin.

According to him members of the association are unanimous in their decision to support governor AbdulRazaq in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

He said the present administration has done much for the union members as well as the transportation sector in the state.

Mr Gabriel explained that the state government had assisted Union members during the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic.

He commended the state government for the huge investments in road rehabilitation and re-construction across the state.

Mr Gabriel also expressed satisfaction with the modernization of the activities of commercial motorcyclists to strengthen security in the state.
