Okowa Commissions Campaign Office in Plateau, Predicts Landslide Victory

The Governor of Delta state and the vice presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Ifeanyi Okowa has charged the party in Plateau to move their campaigns to the grassroots, wards and units to canvas for votes.

Governor Okowa, stated this in Jos as he commissions the presidential campaign office of the PDP in Jos.

Okowa while commissioning the campaign office expressed optimism that the party would record landslide victory in the state and hopefully in all the states in the country.

He said, by the special grace of God they will take over governance in Plateau state and in the national level come 2023 as it’s working unitedly and carrying everybody along to have a landslide victory in the state and beyond.

Okowa said that the party would get it right if they begin to mobilize early, while encouraging party faithfuls to remain firm and not lose hope in the face challenges.

He added that, if the PDP is voted into office, it would give Nigerians freedom, restore hope, deliver a secure Nigeria and take people out of poverty.

Ifanyi,who regretted how the university system had kept students at home for 8 months, said government will prioritise education as it creates a future for the younger ones.

He said the PDP government if voted into office will encourage the private sector so as to create jobs for Nigerians
And will give more powers to states as they are closer to the grassroots, to grow the people and bring the country back on track.

The senator representing Plateau North in the state, Sen.Istafanus Gyang in a vote of thanks described Governor Okowa as a man of peace, he said the party will do its best to deliver Plateau in the 2023 elections.
