Over six hundred persons have benefitted from a medical intervention carried out by the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate for the Kwara South senatorial district, Professor Wale Sulaiman.

Speaking during the medical outreach at Share community town hall, in Ifelodun local government headquarters, Professor Sulaiman said fourteen of the beneficiaries are to undergo surgery .

Accoding to him one hundred and fifty seven received free eye glasses while others benefited from free medical care and drugs.

Professor Sulaiman noted that the medical intervention was in collaboration with an international medical organization reputed for providing medicare to the vulnerable in urban and rural communities.

In his remark , the Chairman of the international medical organisation , Dr. Yusuf Salman, said that the initiative was aimed at giving opportunity to the less privilege in communities to access medical facilities with ease.

He said the beneficiaries will have the privilege to discuss their health concerns with qualified medical practitioners.
