Jigawa State has emerged as the best performing state in COVID-19 vaccination in the north west zone of the country.
In a statement made available to Radio Nigeria by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Public Relations Alhaji Habibu Nuhu Kila said the National Primary Health Care Development Agency has sent a congratulatory letter to the Governor.
He said according to the Executive Secretary of the Agency Dr. Faisal Shuaib acknowledged the commitment and support of the Jigawa State government towards improving the performance of routine Immunization and other primary health care services in the state.
“In appreciation for the outstanding performance of the Jigawa State in the provision of primary health care, Agency will present Immunization Performance Recognition Award to the state in Abuja”
