The Legal Field Operations of All Progressives Congress Party APC has finalized necessary arrangements to resolve pending legal issues against the party and it’s candidates so as to enable the party unite for success to be achieved.
National Legal Adviser of the party, Mallam Ahmad Usman El-Marzuq gave the indication while speaking to Newsmen in Kaduna after a maiden meeting with the Legal Field Operations Committee of the Party.
He said the Party had several pending legal cases with about 30 emanating from the Northwest zone of the country alone.
Mallam El-Marzuk stressed that the cases were initiated by the aggrieved members who were dissatisfied with the just concluded primaries election for the House of Assembly, House of Representatives, Senate and the Presidential Primaries.
The Legal adviser stated that some of the cases have been settled out of court and emphasized that the committee was handling legal complaints and petitions against both the party and candidates from various constituents across the country.
