Bandits have kidnapped the Former Permanent Commissioner of Zamfara Independent Electoral Commission, ZASIEC, Hon Sanusi Wanzamai Sanusi.
He was Kidnapped this evening (Monday 6/6/2022) at Gidan-Giye village along Gusau-Tsafe -Wanzamai Road (Few Kilometers away from Tsafe Town) an ever busy road, Gusau -Funtua Road.
Sanusi Wanzamai was Kidnapped alongside his junior brother.
Reports from the village said, the victim was by the road side trying to repair his car which developed a problem, while the bandits were crossing the road where they abducted the victims and moved with them to their hideout in side a thick Forest.
Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Mohammed Shehu could not be reach for comment as at the time of filing this report.
