Nine All Progressive Congress APC Gubernatorial aspirants in Jigawa state have promised to support anyone who emerged as the party flag bearer among them during the primaries election.

Alhaji Farouk Adamu Aliyu

The State APC leader and also one of the party gubernatorial aspirant, Alhaji Farouk Adamu Aliyu disclosed this at the commissioning of his campaign office in Dutse, the state capital.

According to him, the aspirants have agreed to accept and support a fellow candidate who emerged winner through popular votes provided that the party primary election is conducted transparently.

Farouk Adamu Aliyu explained that the candidates have high regard for Governor Badaru Abubakar’s words that all the aspirants were equal before him.

He therefore urged the delegates to shine their eyes and ensure they vote a candidate base on merit.

The Aspirant, therefore, promised to use agriculture and Information Communication Technology to improve the state economy, eradicate poverty, and job creation if elected as the next state Governor.

Farouk also pledged to continue with the developmental projects and programmes started by Badaru Abubakar which was in line with the All Progressive Congress APC philosophy.
