Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo has arrived Maiduguri, the Borno state capital for a one day official visit.
The Presidential jet touched down some minutes after eleven in the morning at the Nigerian Airforce base and inspected guard of honour by members of the armed forces.
Professor Osinbajo during the visit would launch the National Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Clinic at the Government House.
Before then, the Vice President would inaugurate legacy projects executed by Borno state government under the leadership of Professor Babagana Zulum which include Doctor’s quarters, Resilience commercial centre for the promotion of medium and small businesses, mega school and township road.
He is also expected to pay homage on the Shehu of Borno Alhaji Abubakar Garbai Elkanemi at his palace before proceeding to Government House for the lunch of MSME clinic.
The Vice President is accompanied on the visit by Minister of State Agriculture Mustapha Shehuri, members of the National Assembly and heads of other federal establishments.
