The Chief of Army Staff Lietenant General Faruk Yahaya has asked troops fighting insurgence in parts of Nigeria to remain resolute and decisive to enhance the success of their operation.

Hẹ stated this while commissioning the new officers transit accommodation and new training doctrine command arms store at thirty one Artilery Brigade TRADOC Minna Niger state.

Lietenant General Faruk Yahaya explained that though security is never one hundred percent but as acknowledged by many there is massive improvement and that they will continue on that drive.

According to him the visit which was an operational one is to ginger the troops to do more to achieve maximum results.

Lietenant General Faruk Yahaya however said for the fight against insurgency to succeed there is need for Nigerians to provide credible intormation to security agencies while assuring them of confidentiality.

He also advised the troops that when they engage bandits and criminals they are not looking for prisioners of war but that they should kill them them and bring their weapons.

Lietenant General Faruk Yahaya maintained that that is what they will continue to do until the battle is won at all cost.

The Chief Of Army Staff who engaged in an enlarged security meeting at the thirty one Artilery Brigade Minna said they have nọted some of their challenges which and that they are working hard to provide solution to those problems.
