Former Abia state Governor and Senate Chief Whip Senator Orji Uzo Kalu says he is in full support of rotational presidency in Nigeria.

He stated this while addressing Newsmen in Minna at the IBB Hilltop residence to commisserate with former military president General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida retired, over the abduction of students of Kagara.

Senator Orji Uzo Kalu maintained that rotational presidency would bring peace and give every Nigerian a sense of belonging.

On if he will contest for president come twenty twenty three, the Senate Chief Whip said he will only comment on this if he comes back in December this year.

He said Nigerians should give President Muhammadu Buhari all necessary support to finish his tenure successfully.

Senator Orji Uzo Kalu further called for collective efforts by all and sundry to defeat terrorism for peace to reign in Nigeria.
