Suspended Chairman of All Progressives Congress –APC, Mr. Adams Oshiomhole has appealed the court judgment which suspended him as the national chairman of the party.
Mr. Adams Oshiomhole filed the suit on Wednesday after a Federal Capital Territory High Court granted an order of interim injunction restraining him as APC National Chairman.
He alleged the court had arrived at a wrong conclusion that question his performance as APC national chairman and would interfere with the party membership rights.
Mr. Oshiomhole who filed the appeal along with the APC, sought an order of the appellate court to set aside the ruling of the trial court.
