A State Productivity and Innovation Summit has been organized for Kaduna State Local Government Directors to improve their leadership skills.
Speaking at the summit, President, Leadership of Professional Ethics Consult, Yomi Charles said participants were required to acquire knowledge that would assist them discharge their duties.
According to Yomi Charles, the State Governor directed the local Government Service Commission to improve the skills of Local Government personnel, hence the summit.
One of the participants Mr Sunday Musa Jarimi, Director of Works Chikun Local Government, described the summit as timely and promised to disseminate knowledge acquired.
Participants were drawn from the twenty three Local Government Councils of the state.
