Federal Government has directed officers on Grade Level 12 and below to continue to work from home till the end of April and await further directive.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan following advice from the Presidential TaskForce (PTF) on COVID-19.

It explains that the directive became necessary with regard to maintaining the reduction of reported cases.

Meanwhile, the statement reminded all officers to adhere to other preventive measures prescribed in previous circulars which are in force.

It also enjoined Permanent Secretaries and Chief Executive Officers to bring the contents of the circular to the attention of all concerned and ensure strict compliance.
