The Nigeria Union of Journalists, FRCN Kaduna Chapel, has congratulated Prof. Shuaibu Shehu Aliyu on his appointment as Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund by Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a goodwill message, the Chairman of the chapel, Umar Adamu Sarkinfada, described the appointment as well-deserved, citing Prof. Aliyu’s years of dedication, professionalism, and contributions to national development.
Sarkinfada noted that the new PTDF boss has maintained a cordial relationship with Radio Nigeria Kaduna, where he has consistently supported media development and public enlightenment initiatives.
He added that Prof. Aliyu’s track record in public service, academia, and institutional leadership positions him as a suitable choice to lead the agency at this critical time.
The FRCN Kaduna family expressed confidence that his experience and leadership would further strengthen the agency’s mandate, particularly in human capital development and capacity building in Nigeria’s petroleum sector.
They also prayed for a successful and impactful tenure, wishing him wisdom and strength in the discharge of his new assignment.
